East High School is located at the corner of Douglas Avenue & Grove Street (north-east of the Kellogg/I-135 interchange) in central Wichita.

From the north: Take I-135 to the 1st Street exit. Left (east) on 1st Street. Right (south) on Grove.

From the south: Take I-135 to the 1st Street exit. Right (east) on 1st Street. Right (south) on Grove.

From the east: Take Kellogg (Highway 54) to the Grove Street exit. Go north (right) to the school.

From the west: Take Kellogg (Highway 54) to I-135. Take the north exit (to Salina-exit right, then veer left). Exit I-135 immediately on 1st Street. Right (east) on 1st Street. Right (south) on Grove.
